Hello, SWIM tried to dissolve 1g of mescaline fumarate in 5 ml of warm water for an "experiment". Mesc dissolved only partially (I guess only around 10% dissolved) and didn't produce desired effects. Is there a way how to increase mescaline fumarate water solubility?

Hello! Have you tried heating up the water? Seeing as you'd put a whole gram in there, maybe it was lucky that it only partly dissolved.
It will quickly drop out as water temp decreases. It's not because it's a lot of it, Mesc fum solubility in water is simply ridiculously low.
Now, it not giving desired effects is a different issue... Did you take the full 1g at once? How big are you or how much do you weigh? 1 g of mesc fum is around 600 mg freebase, it should have been a moderate/strong dose. Even if it didn't dissolve in water it would dissolve eventually in gut juices.
