Method for oral DMT without maoi's

I recently came across a post on another forum where a method for oral DMT was stated that doesn't require maoi's and ever since I have seriously questioned its validity yet couldnt help wonder if its maybe true...

the following was found etched on a rock found wile diving to the bottom of the sea:

there is a method of getting the effects of Ayahuasca without having to inhibit mao a or b:

-first supplement with either piperidine and or dimethylamine an hour beforehand

-45 minutes later you need to induce either mao A or B or both

-then at the same time as you take the mao a and/or b inducer you also take an alcohol dehydrogenase inducer and a potent aldehdye dehydrogenase inhibitor

-1 hour after having taken the piperidine or dimethylamine take the intended dimethyltryptamine,

the post also mentioned that great dangers are involved in this process and that results could be to extreme along with possible antidotes to quit the trip. I would link it but dont want to break any rules

Is this possible? and why does no one do it? is it just bogus or are there perhaps just too many dangers involved? By far I dont have enough knowledge on chemistry or pharmacology to judge this, but I would really like to hear someone elses opinion on this that can judge it better. Thank you in advance!

I second this. I don't know much about chemistry either, but I think I would rather take one inhibitor rather than one or two supplements and one or two inducers. It sounds like a complicated work-around with too many variables and unpredictability. Meanwhile harmalas have proven time and time again that they and tryptamines were made for each other. Different ROAs and methods are valuable, for sure, but from a research perspective. I would not have any interest in this method from a traveler's perspective. Just my opinion.

The closest anyone has gotten to orally ingesting DMT without MAOIs is sublingual when complexed with HPBCD. There has been some neat reports with this method and I am very much interested in trying it eventually, but I would still add my harmalas with it because why not lol.
