I'm currently taking moclobemide daily and thought about adding some low dose mimosa hostilis to my regimen. I'm hoping for an increased sense of wellbeing and some cognitive support. I'm suffering from Long COVID for over 3 years now and among others I'm feeling so much slower in my head than before.
My dose is 450 mg moclobemide once daily, which should be enough to make DMT orally active. I'm thinking 0.3-0.5g of MHRB could be a decent dose to start?
Has anybody done this before? What duration of action would we expect from this mix?
Would making a tea or (crude) extract be worth it or are we thinking the MHRB powder is good enough?
