You can get bark just fine, only need to worry about customs possibly seizing it but they won't do anything to you. Technically root bark is legal, and it's legal to grow your own plants, but consuming it for the DMT content or extracting the DMT is considered illegal. Some say that even the root is illegal because of the federal analog act which states that any amount of any scheduled substance in any material is illegal, but that's retarded and you're not going to get in trouble unless maybe you're selling DMT and a "friend" turns you in, so if using DMT, keep it to yourself. As far as Aya goes though, while it's still technically illegal here in the US because of the DMT content, the brew is more protected/accepted as a legal spiritual/religious sacrament and so is less likely to get people in trouble if working with it on your own, just don't go out there leading ceremonies or what not imo lol.

Actually, getting a lawyer is the worst thing anyone always does as soon as you get a lawyer you are seen as an infant baby incapable of handling your own affairs. Represent yourself and watch how the demenour of everyone in the court changes do it with confidence and the judge will almost start kissing your ass.cuz the truth is when you educate yourself thoroughly you learn that if someone has passed the bar exam weather they're your attorney or the district attorney they're job is to stick you with something no matter what they're not on your side even if there paid. Besides educate yourself enough and you'll find that only the corporation can be subject to any laws a living man of flesh blood and god can. Ot be tried in there courts and is outside of any jurisdiction educate yourself and you'll do no time if you already have a lawyer your kind of screwed they won't let you represent yourself now all you can do is change lawyers sadly. To all the nay layers I've done this twice now first time was nerve racking didn't know very much so I tooka misdemeanor and was released second time however I got 4 felonies and 2 misdemeanors on probation completely dropped and released immediately after court, ignorance is no excuse for the law and 99% of the time that's how they get you, your ignorance and fear, show no fear be confident and assert your living blood life as a child of god and outside of there jurisdiction. When they ask you to state your name DONT that's taking ownership of the dead corporate entity that is your name you respond with "im am here by divine special appearance As a living child of god." That's it do not respond ever to your corporate dead name there's one hint go dig the knowledge is out there

I did a little searching, and I couldn't find this on the internet, or if there was another of this thread, so I apologize if there is.

Due to the thread proving mimosa is technically speaking illegal under U.S. law, the recent ebay bans and the arrest of of our friend in New Zealand, Its peaked my curiosity.

Has anyone been convicted for mimosa possession/production etc. under U.S. law?
