Im gonna uninstall my old 1.3 beta minecraft and see if I can get the 1.4 working for free. If Im correct, it should be possible.

Yeah I guess you have to pay the 15 bucks (worth it though) if you wanna play. There is a pirated version of the 1.3 beta minecraft around but it seems that you cannot join the server with it because the newest version is 1.4 :/

Yea it won't even run for me lol... It updates and then closes... The browser version just displays a white or black screen (depending on if I use Chrome or Firefox)... I emailed Notch for a refund blah I shoulda payed with paypal so I could dispute it -.-

So I got the game some time ago and tried it out off and on. Then one day I got the inkling to look up how to craft...suddenly I was hooked hardcore. I built a house at the top of a mountain, then one at the bottom of a cliff where I mine, connected them both with a long winding stairway, and now I think I'd better call it quits for a while. This game's power is frightening.

BUMP, Whats incredibly interesting is that they now have acacia trees in minecraft! As a matter of fact every time I start a new survival map the starter chest has a acacia bark in it every time It's like the game is saying, "Here, Start your journey with some DMT my friend"
