Mixing of solvents

Lets say one has some mhrb/lye water, and just finished siphoning off the last naptha pull. There would still be a really thin layer of naptha that was unrecoverable.

Would there be any harm in adding xylene with that little bit of naptha still in there?

i recently saw the same and it worked as i planned, i don't know if this is an acceptable practice by the more experienced extractors.

naptha and xylene will mix with each other its not a problem at all.
