now that you have quit tobacco, as i have also managed 8 years ago... try quitting caffeine....especially COFFEE.... the effects of quitting that are amazing and very noticable. hundreds of vids on youtube if you are curious.
im about 9 months in and the amount of energy i have now compared to then is night and day.
research caffeine addiction, its a bigger problem than i ever imagined.
I'm quitting it for years now 😂

Our cold Nordic winters are almost unmanageable without coffee for me. No wonder Scandinavia beats everyone in coffee and antidepressant consumption. We're the happiest people around, period 🤦‍♂️

Sugar should be next. That's a real drug right there. No need to search further.
Google "sugar cocaine mice experiment" if you have any doubts.
everyone in the world is addicted!!!!!
💯

Coffee has now been simple for me to quit. All I had to do was herniate a disk in my spine leaving me immobile for weeks. 6 weeks of only weak tea now. Quitting while working was impossible and now I think my body is free of the coffee prison.

and the jury is still out on the whole "vaping is healthier"
Not really. What is still out about is on PG and VG being harmless, they may not be. But there's no doubt that not inhaling smoke beats inhaling smoke, and for cannabis most ways to vape it won't include PG, VG, or other substances. So what you're getting is still cannabis, only not smoke and all the harmful substances it produces.

A whole different issue would be vaping synthetic cannabinoids, but those are a different substance, not only a different ROA.

When I was still using cannabis, I liked vaping more. It just felt so much cleaner and healthier to me.
Watching how a vape balloon fills up was fun, too. The taste of it was awesome with the right temp.

while yes that is possible, almost nobody does.
perhaps the op can let us know if he did that or bought it off some guy👍

yes it is more common now and lots of money is being made from it ....so.....theres always that 😂
im sure whoever invented weed and invented smoking it by humans was a bit too dumb to make a vape, lucky for us humans there was a corporation to take care of that😂😂
i live in usa in a legal state so i just go to dispo.

exactly! as humans we are all different and make our own choices.
i actually quit all added sugar as the first of my vice quits 10 years ago.
tea v coffee ? .... still a high source of caffeine....caffeine is the addiction, not tea or coffee.
saying you need coffee/tea when you wake up is like saying you need a cigarette for a phone conversation (back when we had those)
all feelings towards tea and coffee are manifested because one has a caffeine addiction.
as a 40+ year addict i know this to be true.
and dont get me started on that poison people consume by the gallon which is soda and diet soda.
drink bleach instead, at least its cheaper😂😂

wait ....when did i become my grandma????
oh fuck ... bigger questions have arisen 😂😂

Sugar should be next. That's a real drug right there.

went from 3 spoons per cup to zero
went from 3 colas a day to zero
i have not bought sugar in years
was easy for me

freedom from caffeine is better, they say tea has more caffeine than coffee, fuckknows who "they" is but i listened and it paid off😂

Vaping vs smoking is a no brainer. Dab some homemade concentrate for a week instead and tell me inhaling smoke feels healthier.
we are all different, vaping weed or dab or concentrate just feels fake. (to me)
its a modern "convenience" for which i have no need, tried and failed

edit: in fact ima gonna roll one right now to prove it😂

Coffee and tea don’t feel the same. Coffee produces a burnt out feeling with constant gut irritation. A cup of tea feels like a totally different drug so I don’t want to skip it.

You think hash oil is a modern convenience? So what? What does that mean? This idea that vaping a simple concentrate people could have made 1000 years ago, is somehow worse than just smoking plant material is stupid. Go ahead and make that point if you like.

hash oil isnt even a new thing too lmao. people in india have been making hand pressed hash/hash oil for hundreds of years.

hi friend, what the ayahuasca tells you about cannabis?

i have a toxic relationship with weed too.
shrooms showed me the real face of this substance, which is a charming but toxic entity... it'll lure you in and then make you miserable.

if you don't feel like you're having a healthy relationship with the plant, it's a sign you should cut it off.

for me i feel like ive developed a healthy relationship after quitting for a few months and going back i just try to make sure i dont smoke more than 2-3 days in a row. ayahuasca didnt really show me weed is evil or toxic, showed me mostly that weed is a very clingy plant spirit and without proper boundaries you will be consumed by it. ive been placing boundaries and rules between me and cannabis and ive seen pretty good results.
