now that you have quit tobacco, as i have also managed 8 years ago... try quitting caffeine....especially COFFEE.... the effects of quitting that are amazing and very noticable. hundreds of vids on youtube if you are curious.
im about 9 months in and the amount of energy i have now compared to then is night and day.
research caffeine addiction, its a bigger problem than i ever imagined.
I'm quitting it for years now 😂

Our cold Nordic winters are almost unmanageable without coffee for me. No wonder Scandinavia beats everyone in coffee and antidepressant consumption. We're the happiest people around, period 🤦‍♂️

Sugar should be next. That's a real drug right there. No need to search further.
Google "sugar cocaine mice experiment" if you have any doubts.
everyone in the world is addicted!!!!!
💯

Coffee has now been simple for me to quit. All I had to do was herniate a disk in my spine leaving me immobile for weeks. 6 weeks of only weak tea now. Quitting while working was impossible and now I think my body is free of the coffee prison.

and the jury is still out on the whole "vaping is healthier"
Not really. What is still out about is on PG and VG being harmless, they may not be. But there's no doubt that not inhaling smoke beats inhaling smoke, and for cannabis most ways to vape it won't include PG, VG, or other substances. So what you're getting is still cannabis, only not smoke and all the harmful substances it produces.

A whole different issue would be vaping synthetic cannabinoids, but those are a different substance, not only a different ROA.

When I was still using cannabis, I liked vaping more. It just felt so much cleaner and healthier to me.
Watching how a vape balloon fills up was fun, too. The taste of it was awesome with the right temp.
