Mullein or Wild Lettuce/Wild Opium

Hello All,

I will be doing my first extraction in a few days and have the choice to use one of the following as a bed with which to nestle my DMT crystal in to smoke it in my glass pipe.

Mullein
Cannabis
Wild Opium/Wild Lettuce

Any idea which of these would be best to facilitate smooth vaporisation of the DMT without burning? I've seen a few posts of people using Mullein but wondered whether I should chose it over Cannabis or Wild Lettuce. I know how to easily "cherry" cannabis to let it burn slowly but have no familiarity with the characteristics of the other two herbs.
