Muriatic Acid questions - your advice please

What are you using HCl for? If it is for salting mescaline, I suggest reading this post

Muriatic acid can be about 30-35% HCl but better check the particular brand/supplier you are getting from, maybe its of a different concentration.

Just add a small puddle or a few drops to some glass container. Do it in a well ventilated area.

2. If you want to use HCl with A/B in mimosa, remember that his acid isn't so bulletproof(some members report failures) as vinegar.

Basically it's a breakdown of your product. It tells you (exactly) what chemical substance are present in your product, percentages, safety measures, ... You can look it up online "official product name+MSDS" or ask a salesperson for it (don't know how that works in the states).
