Not sure if this has been mention before. Apologies if it has but I've just come across it and wanted to share. I don't normally listen to acoustic music but I find this outstanding.

One of the grandfathers of trance music, LaMonte Young : the well-tuned piano.

Another even longer version recorded in 1986 where you actually see him playing was sadly removed from youtube...

It takes some patience, 5 hours+ (!!) but oh my god, there are many transcendant moments in this huge masterpiece. I never got to more than one hour in a session though ;)

I saw this dude live at S.U.N. Festival (while on mushrooms) this year in Hungary. It's so playful, dreamy, and very psychedelic. I hope you dig it :)
