My 1st experience with Harmala extracts

04:00 - After getting no special effects of 100mg harmala the past day, decided to take 200mg.Filled in a capsule and took it.

05:30 - I feel less gravity and euphoria.But hard to understand the effects.

06:00 - Finally I stand up to find out what's really happening and found that everything is moving.Motor controls are lost and I clash to walls while walking.Like I'm hardly drunk.

06:30 - Smoked a bowl of marijuana.Now the effects are more profound.Started headbanging, I'm great!!

07:30 - Got a bit tired and sat down near my PC.At this moment I found something strange.I'm hearing a sound like chainsaw but I can't find the source.The sound gets low and high.I went to bed to get some rest and think about it.When I close my eyes I hear it getting louder and after opening my eyes it gets lower slowly.

08:00 - Some guys are talking near my door and I hear their sound as aliens! I'm having lots of audio hallucinations.

08:30 - I'm not feeling hungry but I think I have to eat if I want to be alive! I haven't eat anything except some orange juice the whole day.I fried some sausages and started eating with a small slice.This was a big mistake.I felt nauseous and vomited after 5 minutes of hard time controlling myself.

09:00 - Still everything is moving and I'm having the chainsaw sound in my ears! Turned of the lights and started relaxing with music.Feeling good.

12:00 - Went to bed to have some sleep.Really isn't possible! I passed the whole night moving around my bed and thinking till the morning.

Next day - Everything is normal,no hangovers or any sick and tired feelings.
 
sounds like a nice experience.

i think that maybe next time you should up your dose again, maybe 300/400mg and lie down in a quiet dark room and see what happens.

Silent darkness is often touted as the best way to interact with the hamala visions

Yeah next time I have to dose more.But I didn't know that I can dose up to 400mg.What are the dangers of harmala? As I searched over the internet I couldn't find any negative effects of it.Can I use harmala daily?
 
im not sure how much you can take, but it will put you on your arse in a major way when you start to get to higher doses.

disclaimer-im not a doctor so dont do anything i tell you. reasearch is whats needed.
 
You can use it daily, I and others have for over a year. Although you won't feel like taking full doses daily for to long and would probably want to microdose more..Just stay away from drugs and medications that have a bad interaction with them

Maybe try 250mg and just lay down in silent darkness with deep slow breaths next time. The visions and out of body experiences harmalas put you into for hours are very interesting, but really don't manifest unless your still and in the dark- except at really big doses
 
400mg if it is from rue would be a lot to take.

You can take it daily..I did for over a year. At some point I reached a saturation point though where my body was like topped up and so I guess I dont need them daily at this point anymore. Took some time to get to that stage though. It is a weird feeling.

When I do end up daily microdosing again it will be only sublingual now. I think that orally they do inhibit some more toxic amines from being broken down..and I am not talking about tyramine..when I started to feel over saturated I was getting lots of nausea and headaches after eating random foods and full doses would make me sick for far too long. That never happens though with sublingual or vaped..and stopped after I stopped microdosing..it is not lifethreatening but for me I think it did cause some nausea at times and headaches afterwords that can be avoided. When taken sublingual I dont think the gut levels become high enough to inhibit mao to the point where these amines are not broken down..so for microdosing daily I think that is a good route to take.
