my notes on passion flower and mugwort

Migrated topic.

i bought some passiflora incarnata at a local herb shop. i made a tea, and felt nothing.
then i tried smoking it.

after 3 bowls of every part of the plant, i felt very heavy eyelids and a very stony feeling. this lasted about an hour before diminishing completely.

today i smoked another bowl. only 1. heavy eyelids again, and a stony feeling, but only lasted 15 minutes.

kinda like a cannabis high, but after an hour or two after smoking. just mellow, and relaxed.

mugwort was bought from the same store. the tea is too bitter to drink, so i smoked it.

1 joint had no effects, though when i went to sleep, caused insanely lucid dreams.

2 days later two bowls were smoked, once again, lucid dreams.

conclusion:

passion flower works, but takes quite a bit for effects to be worth it

mugwort is harsh, but will cause extremely vivid dreams. not just on me, but on two other people.

Passion flower works wonders for anxiety. Just a few grams in capsules or as a tea clears my mind of worries like magic. It also helps me fall asleep and sleep through the night. I use it daily and have done so for a few years.

If your ever feeling anxious give it a shot, see if it helps.
