naptha separation problem

Hello, this time i really could not find an answer in the nexus.
Please look at the pictures and tell me what is the grey stuff floating in the naptha? Why does it not separate from naptha? I did everything like it was said....

ok, with adding tons of salt and heat bath I have success and driven the emulsion down so its only 10% of the naptha. Secondly my naptha is milky white already:roll:
