Remembering a shroom experience in the countryside of Ecuador, I remembered how i laughed myself silly with my friends ( i had suffered from a pretty traumatic experience some months previously). Going back to the city, i was reminded of all the trivial concerns of which society thrives on. The ideal life of a little house in the countryside with a nice wife and a few animals vanished, as the thudding music came to meet my ears.
-That was a few years ago, and i'll never forget the wonderful lessons it taught me. Today i watched Peter Aziz, the eccentric British shaman, and it sparked some thinking about healing within me.
-From what i've learnt, usually illness stems from a blockage in our energy systems which has been allowed to manifest itself. Releasing emotions from the past usually does the trick. All that is left is to channel the energy out, and start living a life true to ourselves.( this is a very basic explanation, so it's not perfect!)
-Today i thought about how shrooms taken in nature might be able to cure depression, and stress. My understanding would be that the shrooms would "shake one up within oneself", by removing the judging self, so that one would accept things the way they are rather than fight them. So that they would listen to their inner truths, (rather than lies), in a non judgemental way. The natural setting would allow the energy system to re-calibrate itself effortlessly. (I really believe that just being in a city is really bad in terms of energy blocks, and felt this when i was in Ecuador. City life is mostly about ego, and very anxiety provoking on many levels, leading to un-ease.)
-Conclusion??....Take shrooms in the nature when stressed, and spend more time in the nature. It's where you belong, so there's no energy blocks there, so your body can heal real fast. Back in the city keep active and moving in doing what makes your heart sing. Avoid arguments and negative people. Smile and be your honest self, then you will be happy on all levels....Just my 1 pence!
