Need toluene or DCM but have a prob

I really would like to go further with my extractions but I did encounter problem while acquiring my chemicals. Dont know if I should order it now..
The suppliers demand (by law) that I declare the use for it on a form. Signed and with my adress and everything? Now I dont know if that would be a good idea or not.
I guess this form will be stored

What can I do

I'm not sure where you are, but toulene is available commercially here. So is xylene.

No idea about DCM though.

Buy some paint also and a brush , toluene is paint thinner.
