Here is my first REAL (not crude) extraction. It is of piperine, and I got a fairly clean yield.

I attempted to recrystallize them, but it failed miserably. I dissolved the crystals back into the 91% IPA I used in the initial extraction and let it dissolve away. I just ended up with some little crystals in some nasty white goo.

So the initial extraction rocked, but any tips on recrystallizing?
