no one can really answer unless you post lots of details of this recipe ..
i sugest you first read about the basic chemestry involved ,........ the what and why of each step in a few diffrent tek , and read up on basic safty proticals first also
use the search function
then you can ask informed questions that don't require

Pointers: Follow the instructions to the best of your ability. Get a thin pipette, scour the forum for what other people have encountered during their extractions for similar teks. Post extraction questions in the question thread. BE SAFE. Do your research and understand what safety entails. Have fun.

Yeah that tek will work. It's been around a long time, such that I think it was the first tek anyone ever showed me over a decade ago. You should be good.

200ml ?.... were u using shredded or powdered mhrb and is that 200ml strained?
when i use 100g mhrb my solution is up around 600-700 ml
edit: i just saw the recipe you used called for 20g mhrb....please add 80g to that 20g

Extracting from small amounts (like 20 g) can also give viable results, although it might be wise to use correspondingly smaller glassware.
If I use 100g of mhrb and 700 ml how much naptha do you use
