See, these are the kinds of statements I hear far too frequently when I hear people talking about nitrous. Admittedly I have no experience with it, but hearing stuff like this is exactly why I stay away. Granted, I'm not a fan of synthetics due to the reactions I've experienced from various synthetic compounds but hearing about combinations like this send shivers down my spine. Additionally, a lot of the people I have heared touting the "wonders" of nitrous are people who would commonly qualify for the "burnout" category. I get that these things can be used "correctly" or at least responsibly, I've just never seen it and that has undoubtedly skewed my perception of this substance.

N20 is a naturaly occurring gas no synth at all. Its the nitrous that gets you high not the lack of Oxygen. Also to Touche there are bad dirty chargers out there but you can also get medical grade chargers that are very clean.

It isn't like you can go to the Nitrous tree and pick chargers all day

And natural vs. synthetic as a meaningless distinction. It's safe vs. unsafe that we should be concerned about.

I've done N2O many times... it can create an exagerated feeling of the pulsating "waa waa waa" while producing a shift in mental perception (which seems insightful during the moment). Interesting, intense, can be scary. Lasts about a minute or two.

Intersting story: I used to be an EMT, and we had to pick up dead bodies sometimes. ...we entered the room filled with police... saw marijuana sitting on the table, Mtv playing in the background, and an 18 year old boyfiend and girlfriend in their underware laying in bed. They had filled a garbage bag with nitrous oxide and inserted their heads. They passed out (nitrous is an anesthetic) and the plastic bag sufficated them. Their bodies were stiff, yet squooshy, with foam coming from the boy's mouth. Just say N2O (to being foolish) !

With respect, I believe it kills brain cells via asphyxiation but perhaps even more relevant regarding "is it bad?" is the fact that it is one of the most harmful greenhouse gasses in existence on Planet Earth.

I don't see much point personally in trying to journey with a substance which will not impart knowledge and deep self awareness, Why harm our environment in the process as well... Nope doesn't make much sense to me at all.

Just so you can't call yourself ignorant. Wipe your finger on the inside of your whipper and see how much residue you find. Some of the chargers are just bad. "ultra pure" my ass:shock:

I don't think you can go too wrong with the cream chargers, as they are designed for a food product, but personally I think whipped cream is a far more useful allocation of resources
