No Crystals...

Hello everyone.
I follwed the "noman tek" to the letter, using 50g powdered MHRB. After I had left my naptha jars in the freezer over night, I checked them out and each had only one or two tiny needle like crystals. What did I do wrong?

SWIM was in the exact same position. Pour all the naphtha into a baking dish and let some of it evaporate off (give it at least 24 hrs), then combine all of it back into one jar, and let it sit in the freezer for at least 24 hrs. Hopefully, SWIY should then get some crystals.
