obtaining zinc dust

I am looking for how/where/what to search for when looking to buy
zinc dust.

also if anyone knows if a straight back to acidic/then base
sort of pH adjustment with extraction would work, let me know.

I cna't seem to find zinc dust anywhere, but then again
i don't really know what im looking for.

I gather chelated zinc health compounds wouldn't do.

if I further understood its role in the reaction i'd probably
be able to suggest an alternative. Is it merely to absorb
oxygen?

Zinc dust is not a regulated chemical in most countries. I saw it available in the past from vendors at www.ecrator.com and www.ebay.com. I would check there or search google shopping for it. I know one place that sells it in small quantities, but they call it "Zinc Elemental Powder" instead of “Zinc dust”.
