Hi all,
I can finally say I've experienced ayahuasca, but it wasn't at all what I expected. 9.1g of finally ground Syrian Rue, and, 40 minutes later, the brew made from roughly 7g of Acacia confusa.
The experience was devoid of anything even remotely spiritual, and I didn't "leave" my body. There were no open-eyed visuals, but anything I could imagine seemed much more real (with eyes closed). I don't feel changed at all.
This all seems rather unlike what others have reported experiencing, and I was wondering if it's perhaps the quality of materials or preparation that's the cause.
Thanks for any input
