I grew it once, it does grow long, and the heart shaped leaves are big, It's very beautiful! I never got to see it flowering or producing seeds.

same. I only had mine like a month but they grew vigorously(ololuiqui)
I've grown Ipomoea tricolor. If the climate is adequate, they grow with basically no care required, and grow back every year. In my case I got flowers yearly with no issue.

Morning glories and HBWR yes. Both are easy to grow.
