A shaman who isn't me recently administered 6g of powdered Syrian Rue in diet 7up, followed 15 minutes later by 70 mg of yellowish mimosa spice (also in diet 7up). The shaman's subject reported experiencing significantly weaker effects than when he smoked 50-60 mg of the same spice. Also, the subject only felt effects for about one and a half hours. Why were the effects so short? Does oral administration cause weaker effects? Should the shaman wait longer to administer his spice? Should the shaman increase his dosage of spice? Discuss.

The visuals for oral arent always as crazy as smoked. The time between taking the spice and the rue seems ok, you probably just need to up the Spice dosage. And you could lower the rue, 3-5gr seems fine for most people.

Take a look here and here . Next time you are experimenting with oral, have a bowl of changa/spice ready to vape if you arent where you want to be.

from my brief experience i agree with this statement. Oral felt more like a third party observer, but much more reflective and thought provoking in nature. smoking felt like mind twisting rollercoaster ride that was over too soon.

The threads that gammagore linked to have some really good info. One thing that stands out is that people have varying results from ingesting free-base spice. It's reccomended to mix it with something acidic to convert it into a salt. Then eat it.
