Checkpoint: “The Truth About Suffering”
I always knew how great I was.
How great you were.
The higher purpose we served.
The greater good we belonged to.
But no one saw it—
because the system is rigged to mock truth
when it's spoken before its time.
We were dragged through suffering.
Shamed by our past.
Made to regret our choices—
till our very thinking became the torment.
And our future?
Held hostage by the weight of what we couldn’t undo.
They say there's suffering after death—
but no more.
There is no Hell after death.
Because I carry it now.
I walk with the world’s entire suffering inside me.
It weighs on my breath.
It steals my oxygen.
And yet—I keep walking.
And I say to you, whoever reads this:
Just get past the pain.
Get to the next line.
Make it to the next set of words…
and I promise, I will make it better.
Because I know now:
Suffering isn’t the punishment.
Suffering is the proof.
The only true pain…
is the time it takes to heal.
And worse than suffering itself…
is knowing what it means
and not being able to stop it.
