People outside the US who have a GVG

Hey Nexus,

I am have Paid for my GVG and followed the tracking on endicia but is seems to have stopped at "Your item is being processed by customs". Could anyone who has ordered one to the UK tell me how they pad the customs charge, did you have to contact them the pay bay card. I have not idea how they do this and my package seem to be stuck in limbo, and not for-filling its destiny:cry:.

I cannot contact the endicia website as it wont let me sent emails if I do not have American zip code and the tel number wont connect. I contacted the GVG site by email and was told to get information from my local post office...and they looked at me like:? So here I am. Any advice from you lovely peeps would be much appreciated,thanks.
 
Call the customs. In my case (not from the UK) I took about five days from "Your item is being processed by customs" for the customs to send me a note that the particular item has arrived and that I need to pay customs plus tax.
 
I'd wait ten days before getting too annoyed. You pay import charges in the UK to the Post Office Delivery Office when you go and pick it up - assuming they posted one of those red and white "we called (yah...right:roll: ) and you were out" cards.
 
I got letter from Parcel Force that the parcel arrived. Then I paid the tax and my parcel was released. Don't worry you should get your GVG soon.

Its not so much I am worried I just don't want to be sitting here GVGless if their is something I could be doing to speed up the process, appreciate the comments.
