Maybe it's just I that am slow, but "disclosed the Matrix"? Is that about the "plasmic energy, colors, moved fast" quote around 2:00? It's very interesting to hear about his mystical experiences, I guess I was just set a bit off by the weird title of the clip...

I think 'thedudeironik', the poster of the vid, named the title as such because of what he is saying from around 2:30 on....about the "dark-haired" showing up to tell the protagonist that his world is an illusion and about "living in a computer-programmed reality" and about deja vu glitches signifying changes in the program.
