In any manner, in regards to the flouride argument, I would prefer to take the "rather safe than sorry" stance.
 
From what I have heard, Canada has lifted the use of fluoride in its water supply. The brand TOM'S toothpaste has fluoride free paste.
I talked with my dentist about the water thing and she warns me about lack of fluoride is bad.
