Grats benz. is this the wild sample you collected or the old s&h strain? I think you are better off with wild, from what i've read, it can be near impossible to recover the properties of a degraded lab strain.. which could have been the issue before. Need a -80C freezer!

The TV was an electronic donation for spare parts and up-cycling purposes. I believe its the more environmentally appropriate action to take, as well. TVs are thrown away by the millions every year. And if you're a grower, might as well reuse the plasma LEDs, as most TVs thrown away are still in working condition. Money saving, yes, and also creatively re-purposes your electronic waste.
