Can anyone give SWIM some suggestions on what can be done with it. SWIM just received 56 grams of black powdered Caapi, 56 grams of yellow yage powdered caapi and 28 grams of Syrian Rue.

SWIM is open to any/all suggestions and swims goal is to obtain medicinal and/or spiritual benefits.
