Pressure Cooker in making DMT

Hello, welcome to the Nexus!
"Make" DMT? Presumably you mean extract rather than synthesise…
How would you envisage using such a utensil? I guess it ultimately boils down (no pun intended!) to what starting material you have at hand. Where are you at with regards to botanical matter?

I like to experiment too, latest try-out tek was with an "heated ultrasonic cleaner", to break open the plant fibers, and I was not disappointed!
One of my favorites and easiest is the sous-vide bath 60 degrees celcius for 24 hours when extracting from bigger amounts of bark.
Would I suggest it? No..
Did it yield more? No..
Is it fun? YES!

If you have a multi cooker (air fryer/pressure cooker/oven) like a ninjafoodi or instant pot, the shredded bark seems to boil up into the heating element and fan and takes a lot of cleaning to remove!
I'm similarly unconvinced that there is any great yield benefit to PC. I don't see a significant difference between a cold water extraction and combining several acidified pressure cooks.
Maybe some day a more patient person will do that experiment properly, i.e. a side by side comparison of PC Vs normal cooking Vs no cook.

A pressure cooker works well to reduce the time one needs to boil P. harmala seeds for harmalas extraction. I don't see how it could be too helpful for DMT extraction, as most teks don't call for boiling.
A decent pressure cooker is also helpful when starting out with mushroom grows.
Ya I have whole bark not pre processed inner root bark powder only. I def pressure cook it after blending it up because whole bark doesn’t powder so well there’s still fibers in it etc I find.
Those dry teks only worked well for me when I had already separated inner root bark powder. It works well because someone did the bulk of the work already IMO.
Dry teks suck for a lot of DMT plant extractions IMO so yes a pressure cooker has been a huge help and time saver.

i see a possable safty danger of over presure valve getting plugged for a not awsome explosion .. look up some pics of houses destroyed and people burned and killed .. but i worry ..

Yes, it depends on the valve design and the material you're boiling. For best safety it's best to put the material inside loosely closed mason jars.
