read some things, was cooking some caapi vine and mhrb today and a thought occured: is there any merit to putting the stuff in
canning jars and pressure cook them? can get to a much higher temp that way. or has anyone tried it? thanks, smee.

) so it would just be 120c instead of 100c boiling, but someone told me it is the volume of water thats important, a la THP, not the temp, so it probably wouldnt be much difference.
