Problems to log in

Hi, folks!!!

Not sure if this is the proper forum for this subject, but I have been having problems signing in to the nexus.
Not sure what it can be, for I can type, and I know my passwords, and usually I set up a password, but in the next login, its not likely to work.
Could it be a browser issue perhaps?
Also, having to put up a 16 character long password also seems a bit rough, but that is just my little opinion.
Has anybody else had the same problems?
I keep having to reset my password just to get in, it gets in my way, and therefore I cannot access the nexus as much as I would like to.
Any ideas, my dear friends?

I can recommend to use a password manager in order to minimize the inconvenience to having to type it out, reduce chances of error, and be able to use a random password instead of something that you can memorize.
You can also set the cookies for the Nexus to not be deleted so you stay logged in.

There has been at least one reported drop out of the forum within the past 48 hours. Is your issue isolated to a single instance or is it ongoing and recurring?

Speaking for my experience in the past three days I know chat has been a bit glitchy but I have had no difficulty logging on, logging off and posting on the Forum.

I hope you can get some answers or figure it out soon. It sounds frustrating.
