Produced DMT rocks/chards! Pic. Might have something here.?

Did an AB extract and went all out for purity this time. So the end result was 1 hard solid chunk of DMT in the bottom of the glass after recrystalization. I did'nt expect this, but it is exactly what I was looking for all along.

So just for my personal notes, and for anyone looking for this: Besides the norm, I did 2 toluene defats, 2 naptha. Pulled with naptha. Washed 2 times with sodium carbonate/dh2o solution. 1 tap water wash. Quick freeze precip, strained through filter and air dried completely. Rex'd with heptane. Decanted heptane from the little bit of golden oil, and did another quick freeze precip with that. Drained. Melted it down one more time while it was still fairly damp with heptane and it was crystal clear so I decided not to do another reX. I then let it cool to room temp, let it dry, and it turned out one solid chunk. Had to chisel at it a little to get it to break free out of the glass. It was in the shape of the glass. Had to break it up (pic) to fit it in my vial.

IMO, it's just easier to handle this way instead of those light waxy, sticky crystals. Plus I think it will stay fresh longer/ less surface area.

^^ Sampled some tonite. Soo smooth did'nt even know I was getting a good hit out of the vg till I exhaled. First time I brokethrough on 1 hit:shock:

Had similar looking hard chunks from sodium carb wash with heptane rex afterwards.

It was actually the stuff which was left over at the bottom which came out like this picture above but not white. The siphoned off stuff gave clear white spicewaxflakes.

After another cleaning getting the brown out it stayed in a bright caramel colour and was very smokable and effective.


I dont measure my doses so i dont know if its stronger or weaker then white spice. In the end its all the same.

Yeah it was mimosa, the first sodium carb wash was amber afterwards, so I'm assuming that took alot of crap out.

Bindu, the stuff left over in mine was hard too. More porous though. Saving that for next reX.
