I figure it's about time to add a few of my cactus friends to this thread :)

Pic 1 - most of my loph's, some young tricho's, as well as a couple of older tricho specimens prior to repotting in the background.
Pic 2 & 3 - Young tricho's settling in to some new soil, and a couple of young Lophophora fricii in the corner.
Pic 4 - T. bridgesii fma. monstrose with some nice developing pups.
Pic 5 & 6 - Some of my older Lophophora williamsii specimens, and one Lophophora koehresii.
Pic 7 - Decipiens?, var. texana, small mature williamsii, and a couple of caespitose willy's.
Pic 8 - Lophophora williamsii, possibly a decipiens? Not sure at this point, but it is similar in appearance.
Pic 9 - Lophophora williamsii, unsure of the clone. Visually similar to the "Kikko" clone, but not a Kikko. An interesting specimen nonetheless
Pic 10 - Lophophora williamsii, "Kikko" clone.
Pic 11 - One of my most treasured specimens: Lophophora williamsii cristata, grafted onto Trichocereus bridgesii.

Will post a few pictures of my older trichocereus specimens some time soon! :)

I do love that cristata - that is a rare one !!

Wow. This blew my mind! I didn't know Lophos could get so massive. How old is that cactus?

^^ some recent impressive posts

That is quite nice. I hope to have such beautiful cacti some day. Looks like I'll have to wait until I'm 50 to have a huge Lopho cluster

Some day...

I can´t say I care for it very much - a whole mass of small heads, the vast majority of which have never flowered. Not at all like a natural peyote clump in habitat.

These two guys sprouted on mi pedro a few weeks ago :)

and then this guy sprouted on my other plant about the same time

My pedros thus far

I am going to cut the biggest branch next year and probably give it to my friend to grow. Depending on how large the upper branches get I may or may not cut them at that time as well. I really would like to try a graft some time but that will be further down the road. I'm really holding my breath for a flower some time!

I was also thinking about trying to bonsai a little cutting just so I can have it in my room and not take up so much space. Mini pedro cactus? :p

edit: in case anyone was wondering, I made the glass that adorns my cactus pots. More where that came from!

I've had quite a few of some spider friends on my cactus all year and got this cool pic of a daddy long legs on my bridgesii today.

Neat - I like the blue cube, especially.
Well thank you! I'll be doing lots of glass casting this semester so I'll probably switch things up once I make some new pieces.

^^^That spider looks scary! Do you know what kind it is? I get little spiders on my cacti but they are just regular house and garden spiders. I welcome them to protect my plants from harm! They don't like when I move my plants, though, so they are often transient.

Idk what kind it is but it's usually like the other post I have above it and there just daddy long legs, but there was that guy today. I only have maybe half a month before I have to bring them in for dormancy though so I will have to rid them of spiders lol

I once had one like that living in the door mirror of my car. We went thousands of miles together!

It was real neat - he would be in his web - then I would shut the door and he would run into the mirror - and off we went.

Ok i was going to wait till the whole crown of flowers flowered but i cant wait. This is my mysterious mammillaria of some sort, Ive never known of the I.D. just narrowed it down to a mammillaria but i could be wrong.

I knew there would be another sprout on my smaller plant :) This guy just popped up a few days ago. I am hoping my bigger plant might even grow a couple more.
photo1-2.jpg

Sacred geometry? I have had 2 pups on both my plants sprout basically at the same time. All from the bottom areoles, and my bigger plant grew them on either side of the existing branch. It's amazing how these plants grow.

^^^Nice cactus! Looks good.
