Proper storage technique?

So I may be going to jail in a couple of days worst case scenario would be a month, I doubt I will even end up in jail but it is what the crown is going for, so basically I'm wondering where I should put my DMT before court in case I do end up in jail? I have about 5 grams, its N,N-DMT freebase, and I'm sure some NMT and such from the acacia. So yea what should I do with it?

As for storage, just keep it in an airtight vial like the one in your avatar and keep it in the freezer or fridge (make sure the vile can handle freezing temps first, of course. Wouldn't want it to shatter).

Basically, DMT can be kept for long periods of time with negligible loss of potency when properly stored. Keep it away from light, heat, and air and you should be golden. Best wishes with whatever happens to you!

Edit: For the record, my last batch of changa has been sitting in a pyrex dish with lid in my fridge for almost a year now, and I've noticed no loss in potency.

Cool, thanks man. And the vial is plastic no shattering there hehe. I love these things, they are the little containers that come with ph testing kits, which unfortunately don't go high enough for extraction purposes, BUT they made some great vials! I had a bunch of them laying around because whenever I buy fertilizer they give me a little PH kit with it for free.

For a month if it is not hot it would probably be fine in a dark drawer room temp. I store mine in parchment paper (like you use for baking), I make little folded envelopes and keep that in a baggie inside a mylar ziplock with a desiccant pack. I squeeze all the air out whenever i put it away. I have 3 year old spice that's still the gravy. I personally don't like baggies or plastic touching the spice, I had some in a baggie turn from piss yellow and flakey to tan and sticky. If you freeze be sure you let the condensation evaporate when you take it out before you open it. You don't want water in your stash.

Thanks for the info! and luckily I didn't end up in jail so it isn't a big concern anymore! Funny I was actually wondering if storing in parchment would work, thanks for confirming, would guess it would be pretty easy to scrape every last bit off where as in a vial or something similar that's definitely not the case!
