Pyrazolam is a new research chemical. I know the nexus isnt too keen on benzos but as always people will want them.

Pyrazolam is an analogue of alprazolam, which is apparently one of the best benzos.

Ive never had xanax but from wat i have heard its very close to the real thing. If anyone needs benzos for anxiety maybe this legal version is the one to choose if you can't get a script from the doctor.

EDIT: benzos are highly addictive and prone to giving people blackouts. I would advise only using them extremely rarely and only in extreme circumstances.

I'm familiar with Prazepam and Tetrazepam here in Europe. Interesting it's a Alprazolam analogue, I personally can't stand that compound. I know Phenazepam breaks down into Alprazolam but I'm just going though circles. Sorry for the lack of information.

Though I will say there is no worst and best Benzodiazepine, these compounds had a lot more in mind then recreational effects in their development. Some are designed to have a longer duration, without lots of sedation for anxiety relief; Clonazepam and Alprazolam come to mind. Others were developed with more muscle relaxant effects without nervous system depression in mind, such as Tetrazepam and Diazepam. Then you have others developed for hypnotic purposes, Etizolam and Temazepam come to mind here.

So really it's more of a manner of preference on how you like to be sedated, or better should I say your reasoning for choosing such compound. I greatly favor Tetrazepam and Clonazepam for it's muscle relaxant effects without a stupor and desire for sleep. I have been lucky enough not to have too much anxiety so compounds like Alprazolam haven't really done much for me besides a 2 hour nap leaving me confused. I think it's less Benzodiazepines being good or bad, it's more the fact of how different we all are as humans and how we find different discomforts soothed through different means. Hell many folks would probably just say, "smoke a bowl, that's all I need." Well that's great that it works for you, I've tried it and personally I still stay up, rather stoned but not asleep.

If anything I think these compounds are much more respectable then the worlds current popular GABA drug, being Ethanol. They have good medicinal attributes, few-minor side-effects, and with responsibility I believe many people can value from such compounds for many reasons.


Please if you hear anymore on this compound or perhaps a CAS number that would be greatly appreciated! Having Phenazepam metabolize into Alprazolam and myself having tried the compound a few times I'm interested.

It's really a matter of harm reduction right now so I think any chat about it currently is going to be a proactive move towards informing ourselves about it.

I think it would be appropriate to add that all GABA-ergic drugs are addictive to some degree, even those that are said not to be addictive . There are too many people who cannot fal asleep without one of those pam´s, lam´s or whatever name they´re given. Maybe that´s not as bad as being an alcoholic or GHB addict, but it´s a form of dependence nevertheless. When you´re better safe than sorry: Don´t take this stuff on a daily basis.

And polytrip, doesn't this generally apply to all drugs on a non-psychedelic nature? Not to say that psychedelics aren't addictive, but psychedelics tend to fall on the lower end of the spectrum for addiction potential.

GABA-ergic drugs are much more like opiates then like psychedelic´s, when it comes to their addictive potential. When you´re planning to take GABA-ergic´s to treat a chronic problem like anxiety or insomnia, you are likely to worsen your situation: when you quit using them, these problems come back, worse than they where before you started taking them. It´s not just that these pills don´t cure the underlying problems that cause you to be anxious or not to sleep well, it´s that you become accustomed to supressing these problems so that they hit you ten times harder when they surface again when you stop taking these med´s. With some GABA-ergic´s (i don´t know how it is with this apparently novel chemical) you can already devellop some kind of dependency within a week, if you take them on a daily basis. And then i´m talking about both physical as psychological addiction.

A while ago i had an accident where one of my eyeballs got pierced with a thorn (i´m a very lucky bastard as it has healed completely). Because of the pain i was given lormetazepam to help me sleep better. Lormetazepam is officially considered a medicine with low potential for addiction, compared to other benzo´s, but after just three days of taking them i could not sleep at all without it....three days!!!!

Polytrip, I agree completely with you on that. The rebound effects (insomnia, anxiety, tension) come back even stronger when these GABA-tickling chemicals are used for extended periods and it's ultimately no benefit; we've both seen it in numbers and in person. I guess I was just trying to fit the GABA's in with the other addicting substances, but I think we both understand each other anyways.

I tried pryazolam this morning. I'm an experienced benzo user, try to take as little as possible well spaced apart. So i had the 5 because im a benz hardhead.

If im honest they're quite disappointing. I suppose im looking for a recreational effect but theres zero euphoria. Fells like an alert dumbing down.

They may be good for genuine anxiety sufferers but i cant comment on that.
