Q21Q21 extraction failed with no precipitate

I have followed Q21Q21 second tek with the reccomended amounts of materials for 50g of MHRB, so 50ml of vinegar, 50ml of water, 37.5g of lime and 50ml of naphta, but i got no precipitate in the freezer.

The exact materials i used are:
-50g of powdered MHRB
-For the vinegar i couldnt find vinegar without additives so i diluted 2.5g of glacial acetic acid in 47.5ml of distilled water
-50ml of hot distilled water
-37.5g of lime
-50ml of hexane

These are the common issues on the tek page i thought could be the problem:
1. Your Lime is not Calcium Hydroxide:
i had this doubt as well because when i added the lime the mixture started heating up so i thought it was calcium oxide having an exotermic reaction with the water but i tried to put some lime in a glass and poured some water in it and it had no reaction (i guess the hexotermic reaction was something else, i dont know what though). Also the safety sheet speaks clearly about it being calcium hydroxide.
3. Your MHRB is not MHRB: the ingridient listed on the packaging says mimosa tenuiflora bark powder. If this doesnt contain dmt i wouldnt even know how to check.

Other things that could've gone wrong:
-Diluted too much acid in the water: it smelled a bit more strongly than vinegar but if my scale is not wrong i did put 2.5g of acetic acid in 47.5ml of distilled water.
-When doing the first pull after 8 hours, i mixed the naptha maybe too well because i caused an emulsion and i could only retrieve about 6ml of the 50 i put in, so in an attempt to break the emulsion i put 2 spoonfulls of lime, not a fantastic idea since it did absolutely nothing to resolve the situation. Then i tried to put 60 more ml of naptha and mix very little for another 40 minutes. At the end of this i retrieved the naptha and put it in the freezer but the only thing i got the next morning was some ice on the walls of my glass dish that promptly melted a few minutes later (the jar with the mixture is still emulsified by the way).

What could've gone wrong and what can i do? Should i try another extraction from the same mixture or try again doing something different/buy different MHRB?

Apart from that, a warm welcome, lovely to have you here. On your questions my first thought is that I suspect that the bark is not good, also it seems that you don’t have root bark so there might be an issue there.
For the lime try to find an Asian super market, they usually sell food grade lime for pickled fruit. I don’t personally know this particular product from Knauf but it would not surprise me if there’s additives in that bag.

Anyway in the beginning it’s a bit of trial and error but you will get there eventually.

Good luck

Sorry about that i just skimmed through the rules before posting and i thought i was good, i misread the second one.

About the lime i think its good since the product identification just says calcium hydroxide and the cas is that of calcium hydroxide but it will not hurt to be thorough and buy some food grade one. As for the bark i will try to buy a different one and see if there is any difference.

Any one Who Know if a old mixture
Can it still be dmt/spice in it
And its in a plastic can so its like 1200g Mhrb
But something did not work so i tryed to extract spice what should i do ??? Thanks for any help :)

Is there a reason you're using lime (cal-hydx) instead of Lye, Sodium Hydroxide? I'm unaware of one being better than the other so I'd love to know. I've always used pure lye and it seems to work great. (adding after strained pulp of MHRB, water and distilled white vinegar cooks down and is cooled to 120* or lower. 80 grms for every liter) would love to hear of any faults in my first stage process...
