does that mean ur supposed to use 22.5 - 30mL / g of rootbark?

No. 1g[MHRB]:1g[NaOH]:15ml[H2O] is a fine ratio, you shouldn't normally need more water than this.

When using a STB tech with powdered bark you need a littlle more water than normal because the naptha can get trapped in the solution if the slurry is to thick.

i've never had that problem, probably cause i have so much lye

so i guess if it's not too thick, 15ml/gram can work too for pre-powdered bark?
