question would this work

Tbf, I've sometimes thought about using a washing machine for phalaris extraction, so this device might be of use for the acidic brews of plant material. It might well be fairly alkali resistant too.
This might seem like a joke, though my father uses his laundry dryer on high spinning speeds to dry his food-salads. According to him it works perfectly. 🤷‍♂️

If it's from temu, then it's by default trash.

Would highly advise refraining from ever buying anything from that party. It's both trash, an attempt to kill solid western production and an attack on your privacy.

Please stay far away from these Chinise state actors.

totally agree i have experienced the good and bad. to be honest if it’s crap i complain about how cheap and flimsy or it’s thin or description inaccurate and return it usually they give money back and you get to keep it. my buddy ordered a 1000mL sep funnel. that thing is tits. it’s thick made well no leaks. i’m just spouting out its hot or miss. most shit you buy here is made in china anyways

You have China made stuff checked by western high standards (like iPhone), and then you have actors like temu, which essentially only has one standard: kill the western production chain with cheap knockoffs that are extremely subpar in quality and on many cases will even miss the basics on how things should actually be made and work.

Their 'guitars' come to mind which are basically looking like a guitar but are unplayable due to their misunderstandings of simple things like shaft smoothness, fret placement and the strings giving false notes over and over again within a play session, even when you keep tuning them, over and over again.

i agree man totally. browse temu for the ['heck' - please watch your language! Yfmt] of it if i think something might be worth while i’ll try it like i said actually let me correct myself. 20% is decent made 80%. like you said the standard is like making a trash bag from the dollar store that rips if you throw a plastic bottle in it

hey would this work in the factory of organic extraction category ?

so i’m gunna go back to this. my buddy has one of these. there made for cannabis distillite or whatever. he actually uses it for organic extractions. his end result is very orangish kinda really yellow dark yellow…. he doesn’t freeze precip he uses this but a name brand. is there a reason it’s hella dark settings are off or ?

They're made for rapid removal and recovery of a solvent from an extraction or reaction mixture in general. Perhaps they've been popularised as a result of cannabis decriminalisation, but they've been around for more than a good few decades prior to that.

The difference between freeze precipitation and evaporation is that with the former, a selective crystallisation occurs and virtually all other impurities remain in the naphtha, whereas in the latter case all of the non-volatile components are left behind along with the product. An additional factor is that crystallisation occurs more cleanly from a more dilute solution, so evaporation has this additional factor pushing it more in the direction of an amorphous product - especially if the evaporation was carried out at a temperature at or above the (lowest) melting point of DMT. Impurities will have the potential to inhibit crystallisation through formation of eutectic mixtures.

If the evaporation is being carried out at normal atmospheric pressure and a normal oxygen concentration, this will only contribute to the darkening of the material. Evaporation under reduced pressure and an inert atmosphere will help to prevent discoloration.

It may also be preferable to concentrate the solution down by a certain amount before moving it to a freezer for crystallisation to occur. Attempts to cut corners may have led to an inferior product. At this stage, it should be possible to clean it up with a mini A/B and freeze precip.
