realistic yields

hey gang, using pp mimosa, what is a decent yield? i think mine have previously been very low and am wondering if i'm doing something wrong, is there a particular method of obtaining more weight?

that %age figure I cited was backed up by another figure, from a physical testing method used to give a correlation of its purity. sharp mp range = highly pure product

In fact i never saw much of a difference between 500g and 1kg !!! Somewhere something is not reacting long enough i guess.

If I did 10 lots of 100gram extractions I'd expect to get around 15grams of dmt.

Although makes no sense to me to do large scale extractions and have unnecessary amounts of dmt around, I just do a small 50-100g extraction as needed. Find smaller easier to work with.

Plus I prefer MHRB being stored than having copious amounts of dmt sitting around( Even tho I do love looking at large amounts of nice crystals).

Really would have to depend I think mostly on the quality/consistency of the bark.

I usually get around 1.5% of white crystals.

1.4-1.6 colorless (like in my "just some xtals" thread - with another .8 of color from 100g bark if i work the extraction to death (with xylene or dlimo)(come to think of it iv had much more success all round with xylene - i just wish it didnt stink)

lately - idk if the bark has changed but im getting way less than before and there is a new stinky alkaloid in it.
