This is pretty much the Noman Tek. It is an STB tek and most are about as easy as each other.
Whilst it seems to reckon that shredded bark is better to use in my experiments I actually see powder as being far better to work with due to the extra surface area and lack of lumps to deal with.

I used powder too regardless of what he/she said. It worked fine.
