Rectal administration of Syrian Rue Tea

What kind of effects did you get from the Ondansetron that were different than regular ayahuasca/pharmahuasca? I have only ever taken it alone or with opiates and the only observable effects are suppression of nausea and near elimination of gag reflex. As well as mixing with pharmahuasca, I'm also considering mixing with Kambo which has a horribly gut wrenching purge.

The last time I took it, I brushed my teeth afterward and noticed that the normal pre-gag that I get while brushing the tongue was completely gone. Afterward out of curiosity, I shoved the back of the brush into my throat and was amazed at how deep I had to go to get a minimal gag. It makes me wonder how many people in porn use it for deep throating...

I'm not sure, when i took it with the Rue and Mimosa, it was like it blocked out some of the Harmalas effects/feelings, and changed the DMT experience in a weird way. I've got some more Zofran so i think i'll give it another go whenever i get back to my experimentation, i'd probably go with about 2mgs perhaps, or less, just to see and go from there. I'm pretty sure the undesirable alterations i experienced was due to taking too much Zofran as it was potentiated by the Rue's CYP inhibition.

Ended up doing a manske on 6g of Syrian Rue, which yielded a few chips of harmala extract, it was likely less than 100mg worth. Pretty bitter stuff almost as bitter at Calea Zacatechichi. It should be noted that the amount of precipitate yielded from 6g of Rue may not have been enough for full MAOI inhibition.

The chips were put into a cold water extraction (CWE) of 10g Mimosa hostilis root bark (MHRB), the chips didn't want to dissolve and instantly crystallized upon hitting the CWE solution. CWE of MHRB has it own MAOI/RIMA Yuremamine which should have been present in the CWE extracted since neutral pH distilled water was being used for the CWE. Yuremamine is destroyed by heat and acid.

The CWE was done over 6 days mixing the bark and distilled water solution multiple times throughout the day (approx 5 times) and allowed to settle at night, this was done in a refridgerator to discourage the development of molds and other undesirable microbes. Made a beutiful looking reddish purplish mixture which became more saturated in color as days passed. Approximately 250 mL of distilled water to the 10 grams of bark.

The resultant mixture was active, probably not as active as it could have been due to a lack of full MAO inhibition, slight nausea was noted, but no purge occurred. A cup of ginger tea was ingested 15 minutes prior to ingestion of the CWE/Syrian rue extract mixture. A piece of buttered toast was eaten after all brews were downed about 20 minutes after.

The experience lasted approximately 2.5 hours peaking 1.5 hour mark. The brew could be felt churning in the stomach for a while then it could be felt in the intestines, when it could no longer be felt the experience was over.

Fractals were present with eyes closed and sleep mask on. The sound of airconditioning cause the fractals to swirl and merge together. The feeling of a pleasant burning sensation could be felt in the chest, infrequent electrical buzzing was heard in the ears, a pleasant numbness was felt in the face and the extremities. With eyes open colors were more saturated, felt like the veins could be seen in the trip sitters face as if they were colorful runes. It was approximately a level 2 experience.

A full rectal brew will be attempted at some point in the future with everything reduced down to 10mL. The feeling of nausea caused by oral ROA distracts from the experience.

It was a no go for rectal administration, too difficult to hold. Approximately 30mL of fluid went in and 3 - 5 minutes later said fluid came out. This was after a thourough enema and clean colon. The brew induced a laxadive like effect on the bowels with feeling a need to evacuate even when nothing was there to be evacuated, it was like dry heaving on an empty stoamach, but from the other end instead.
