recycling naptha?

Hey just wondering if anyone knows if it is ok to just re-use naptha from previous extractions when using STB tek with freeze precip? swim saved the naptha from last run instead of doing final evap at the end. I suppose the product would come out more yellow? presumably but that could be sorted if Re-X a couple of times in clean naptha at the end?

It's perfectly fine to reuse the naphtha. Like you said it might come out a bit more yellow but nothing a re-x won't fix!

I am currently freeze precip some nap. that has been used at least four times. It's quite yellow but a fair amount of the precipitate is still white.

recycle as much as possible!!! wasting is unnecessary and less sustainable! Best to be as conservative as we can with our resources!

Fresh Napththa every pull here, I meen hell its only 10 bucks a gallon. I just think fresh every pull is the way to go and yea you can filter off the old stuff just have it in other jars, you wouldnt be suprised what a littel time in the freezer will do but i def prefer fresh Nappththa every pull
