I just had a minor moment of confusion trying to help out a poster who couldn't locate the OHT guide when I couldn't find it myself.

The layout of the resources pages means that the only download link to that resource is a button top right that gets scrolled out of view if the page is scrolled down slightly to read the body text.

I don't know about others, but I've been conditioned by other banner ad ridden pages to basically filter out most of the decoration around the edges and home in on the body text as the source of actual content, so that button was completetly missed on first second and third glances. It was only when I got to the "this is ridiculous, ther must be an actual document here somewhere" phase that I hunkered down to examine every bit of the page and finally spotted it.

I think the resources section fails a few main principles of useable design because of this: 7 Essential UI Design Principles from The Design of Everyday Things Every Product Manager Must Know

I also have no idea of the constraints of the framework used for this site, but left justifying the button might help, better would be having duplicates at the bottom of the page so the user can immediately see where to download a resource once they have read the summaries and reviews ( and consequently scrolled the green button off the top of their screen ).
