Salvia Growing Question.

Hello, i just received a salvia cutting and i am wondering if my 120 WATT Quad spectrum LED light will work for growing Salvia?
I know it might be a little too strong but what if i keep it 2' or more above my plants? Also are there fertilizers or anything i should buy? Guidance and advice would be appreciated :)
