Hey guys, I'm pretty new and have been having a go at extracting my own. I was attempting to use GordtoTEK and have been having some troubles I'd put down to lack of experience. I was hoping you guys could help me.
When mixing the naphtha with the bark mixture, the naphtha was seemingly disappearing, and I wouldn't have had enough by the end of the 10 minutes to get anything out. I decided to restart the heating naphtha step and the mixing step again but on a lower heat and this seemed to work better however it still seemed less ideal than I would've wanted it to.

I was concerned so I decided to make a Reddit post before and I got an unexpected reply: Here.
I live in Canada so the only Naphtha I could easily get was Ronsonal lighter fluid, in the post however some guy went off on how this wouldn't work and its toxicity. I have heard quite the opposite both on Reddit and this site however. I linked a couple of examples in said posts comments.
Anyways my questions are:
Is the Ronsonal lighter fluid anything to worry about or will the end results still be fine?
and
How can I make the second pull better? Do I add more water to make it wetter?
