SWIM placed an order with them recently for a rather large ammount.... But it's just been stuck on awaiting shipment for a few days. When SWIM emails them SWIM gets a reply saying the email address was invalid.

Did SWIM just get owned? Or has anyone placed an order recently?
 
I haven't used SH in a while but their service was always exemplary. I got my packages in about a week (sometimes less) and the quality was outstanding. I doubt you're getting hosed, just have some patience, I'm sure it will all turn out as it should :d

Thanks! Infact, my pal said they sent him a tracking number today! I knew he should have been a little more patient :p
