The anxiety is no longer the main issue. I've have some very negative experiences in the past (not drug related), and I guess I have been suppressing this. I did 25mg this time (+lemon balm which really helped), no caapi. After a few hours I started feeling like there is a an itch that I cannot scratch, this discomfort, that is so unignorable. Its not so bad, but you cannot get your mind off this feeling, and I just want to rest.
I guess I really feel like any moment I can lose my job and my world will fall apart. Even though there is no evidence for this any more. And this pops up hard on 4aco.
Any ideas on dealing with this?
