silicone BHO boxes for spice goo...alchool or acetone can corrode it ?

Sorry but i don't know where to post this:

If i take one of this silicone box used for BHO, and i put inside spice goo dissolved in alchool or acetone after an extraction and let to evaporate, to have the box with spice goo... is this right to do or acetone or alchool can corrode silicone ? i mean dissolve spice in alchool or acetone and put the solution in the silicone box to evaporate and have the goo in place.

if a BHO or oil dosn't attach the silicone....it's the same for a spice goo ? i think will be usefull in using spice goo for dab or store it....any experimet are done in this ? (i don't have one of this box to test it, i have to buy it before...so i ask if someone try this before buy and try...)

According to this page ethanol could be used. Acetone absolutely not.

Thanks, so i can dissolve it in alchool after the extraction and fill the box....you think that the goo in the silicone box is more easy to manage ? like bho ? ....in fact i read that this boxes can be cleaned with ethanol so there's no warning...acetone....yes recently corrode my plastic pot in a second :-/ ...but i didn't know about silicone, my extraction is a endlessness winegar/sodium carbonate/alchool or acetone tek and in the final step i would like to evaorate in the final box for store it...without the stress to transfert the goo in it...i think i buy some of this boxes

but, anyway in the link site: B = Good -- Minor Effect, slight corrosion or discoloration.

The boxes are normally, heavy colored....can be dangerous ? anothe way to do this can be freeze the goo and transfer it in the box as fast as you can ?

Being a fan of the goo myself, well, a fan of its effects not trying to manipulate it, this sounds like a mighty swell idea.

Report how it works for you. As far as the safety issues, maybe consult a manufacturer.

i found in my kitchen a silicone pad...i think it's the same thing of box material and also some stamps for cakes....i try when i finish the eco tek and report this....also i would try to put acetone on and alchool to see the effect...then i decide to buy or not these boxes (i don't have/use bho) ...then i report here ;-)

...i try to put a drop of alchool (the one used in liquor) and one of acetone in a silicone stamp (used for cakes) and for what i can see/smell/touch nothing happened, i wait when the extraction is done...and i want to put some drop of acetone/spice and alchool/spice.

I found that the free base spice will eat away at the silicone on its own, regardless of solvent. I had some waxy free base crystals that I put into my silicone dab container, and noticed that it started to show signs of corrosion. I took it all out and placed it into some tinfoil instead and placed that back into the container so the spice didn't contact the silicone.

Freebase dmt should not be stored in silicone.
